App Guide

How to move through SoTree from account setup to organized insight.

This guide uses flexible wording because app capabilities, quotas, and packaging may evolve.

Before you start

Request your own archive first, then sign in and import it inside SoTree when you are ready to explore the workspace.

Data and privacy note

Archive-derived views are generated from data the user imports. Account login, subscription access, product limits, and support workflows may rely on limited metadata through Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple, or similar services.

Getting started

Install the app, review the privacy policy, and check whether your current access level includes the features you plan to use.

Creating or signing into an account

Use the app's sign-in flow to create or access your account. Authentication may rely on services such as Firebase to support login and account continuity.

Importing an archive

Choose an archive import flow, select the ZIP you downloaded from the platform, and let SoTree prepare the data for supported analysis and organization features inside the app experience.

Reading analytics

Explore archive-derived views that may include activity patterns, engagement context, account signals, and history summaries based on the data you imported.

Understanding audience topography

Use topography and network-style views to understand audience shape, relationship patterns, and changes across your history where supported.

Using Social Space

Social Space helps organize multi-session social browsing so you can separate workflows, research contexts, or account states more clearly.

Captures and annotations

Capture screenshots or videos where available, then annotate and organize them so your evidence, references, and notes stay connected.

Free vs Premium basics

Feature limits and premium packaging may change over time. The app will show the currently available access level and limits.

Troubleshooting

If an import fails, confirm you downloaded a complete archive, verify you selected the correct file, and check app updates or support channels for help.
