User responsibility
You are responsible for the archives, captures, notes, and other content you import, create, or manage through SoTree.
No misuse
You may not use SoTree for harassment, unlawful conduct, platform abuse, unauthorized account access, or any activity that violates applicable rules or laws.
No affiliation
SoTree is an independent analysis and organization tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by X, Twitter, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple, or RevenueCat.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and billing management are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider. Deleting the app or deleting an account may not cancel an active subscription.
Changes to the app
Features, limits, pricing, and premium packaging may change over time.
No warranty
SoTree is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoTree and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
